Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is by courier across Australia and delivery will be within 3-12 days depending on your location. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days depending on the time of day that you order. Returns, Replacements & Guarantees
We check all items before they are sent as part of our quality control. There may be times when we ship an item that is faulty and you want to return it for a replacement, refund or store credit. We ask that you inspect your items on arrival for any faults or damage. If the goods are faulty then please notify us via our contact form and include your order number.
We stand by the quality of our products and as such we offer 2 guarantees:-
180 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
The first is a 180 day, satisfaction guarantee.
You may return your Showerdome to us in it’s original packaging and undamaged within 90 days of the purchase date, for a full and prompt return of the purchase price. (Shipping costs are not returned and you must bear the cost of the return shipping.)
If you have installed Showerdome, we still offer the 180 day satisfaction guarantee. Please contact us before removing your Showerdome as you will need to obtain a return number and follow steps to prove the Showerdome was not damaged when being installed for this guarantee to apply.
If you do not contact us for the steps and a return number as prescribed, and simply return your products not in the original packaging, this 90 day guarantee is voided.
15 Year Crystal Clear Guarantee
We guarantee your Showerdome will stay crystal clear for a minimum of 15 years, providing you follow simple cleaing instructions.
If you wish to claim under this guarantee please contact us for a returns number in the first instance.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All of our pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). We may display promotions online from time to time on our web properties, such as our site and social media. Some of our promotions are only available to our Facebook fans as the nature of the promotion is offset against advertising costs using the viral nature of Facebook and these may require you to agree to installation of an application.
